FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I PAY?
We accept Mastercard or Visa credit or debit cards, and money orders. Mailed payments should be sent to 4704 Caritina Drive, Tarzana, CA 91356. Please include your first and last name, your phone number, your birth date, birth city and birth state. We will only use this information to identify you as having paid, and you will log into the course using that information.

WHEN DO I PAY?
Before you take the course. If you pay by credit or debit card, you can log in immediately after paying. If you pay through the mail, we will call you the day we receive the payment and you can take the course anytime thereafter.

HOW LONG DOES THE COURSE TAKE?
That depends entirely on you. There are word search puzzles, crosswords, TO DO assignments and Review Question Modules sprinkled throughout the course. So, your individual experience will depend on which of these things you elect to do.

DO I HAVE TO READ THE WHOLE COURSE ALL AT ONCE?
No. You can leave the course and return to it as many times as you like, at any time. Look at the list of course topics and read them in any order you wish, depending on what is important to you.

CAN FAMILY MEMBERS READ THE MATERIAL WITH ME?
Sure. We hope that you will share this material with your families. It may be that your parents will learn something from this course as well.

CAN I PRINT SOME OF THE COURSE PAGES?
Absolutely. The idea here is to help people by providing them with useful information that will make them better consumers. If something particularly appeals to you, or if there are things you have questions about, print them and ask your parents or teachers about what you have read.

ARE THERE EXAMS?
No. There are review questions and other interactive boxes throughout the course, but they are there to reinforce the concepts that are presented. You cannot fail here; you can only get more informed.

HOW DO I GET THE ANSWERS TO THE REVIEW QUESTIONS?
Every single question comes straight out of the text from the module before it. You can easily look up the answers you are not sure about by reviewing the material you just covered.
